On some new Samsung phone, it does. Unfortunately, this phone use the path '/sdcard/' not to refer to any sdcard, but to the parent directory of both of them.
I forget the model number, but you should be able to Google it. BTW: a little ahead of this post, I saw another one reminding us that it is a bad idea to use hard-coded path names. This is true. But I see no way of using the Anroid APIs to deal with two SD cards; apparently neither did Samsung.
