Well, if I remember correctly, there was a post on the android developers
blgo which mentioned that in future, there might be some devices which would
not have touch screens. May be there are some phones already out there now.
I guess, these are the low cost devices which are running android and don't
have touch screen. In that case, it becomes important to filter out the apps
based on this criterion. But, still, I think we need some kind of official
announcement for this.
