Ok. So we are coming from a iOS background but wanted to expand our
market to include Android. We successfully ported one of our apps (#1
selling app on Appstore) and have now posted it. But for some reason
we get a lot of mails complaining users can't purchase. They simply
get stuck on "Authorizing purchase".

Now when these sort of things happen on the iOS/Apple platform you
drop a mail to the Apple Developer support and get feedback within 48
hours. I see no such thing from Google? I think it is kind of lame not
offering support when we have all paid for the service.

Anyhow, does anyone know if this problem resolves itself or what
action can be taken? I'm mildly pissed off at the moment because we
are losing a lot of sales due to the selling platform being shaky!
