Yes, welcome to the Adroid Market.  Compared to the AppStore, it's a
disgrace.

There are no viable developer support channels available.  You can
send an e-mail to them, but you probably won't receive a response for
days and when you do, it will be canned.  Any further communications
will be unanswered.
