Press the MENU button. If the device/emulator has a hardware MENU
button, that is used to open the options menu. If the device/emulator
does not have a hardware MENU button, the three-dot indicator is used
to open the options menu.

If you have sample code that runs on the Galaxy Nexus and does not
display the three-dot indicator, post it!
