I have an user that bought our app, didn't understand how to use, then wrote a bad review and ask for money back via device.
Result: app not sold bad review from incapable user Google must not allow people that delete orders to write reviews, there are many people in the world that in 15 minutes want to understand what a group of developers wrote in two years.
