Hmm, do you mean - translate at runtime using machine translation?

For some perspective:

My native language is Russian, so by default I see (and am able to
understand) Market comments in this language.

A lot of apps use machine translation (perhaps Google Translate) for their
Market descriptions and UI strings, and the comments from users are
typically quite negative.

Machine-translated app descriptions often read (to me) like some kind of
drug induced avant-garde poetry.

I'd consider just leaving English alone unless you can find native speakers
to do the translation for you.

These can be professional services or users whom you give a free version of
your paid app in return (this does happen).

Then again, perhaps machine translation to languages other than
Russian produces better results, or perhaps users speaking them are more
tolerant of translation mistakes...
