Machine translations have become much better over the years but they still lack in the semantics department. Either you incentivise users of your app to translate the strings for you into their native language, or pony up for professional, in-context translations. Simple scrollable textviews are not a problem but space constrained UI elements like buttons etc need A LOT of experience to find an appropriate equivalent that isn't twice as long as the english word.
