What is duration of effect of a pm grant or pm revoke command? ie, does it survive reboot? What about re-install of the app in question? Also, "pm grant, revoke: these commands either grant or revoke permissions to applications. Only optional permissions the application has declared can be granted or revoked." sort of implies that there is a way to declare a permission optional in the manifest?
