Refunding an order makes the buyer unable to download updates or redownload
the app if they ever uninstall it. You might as well just email them the
APK.

Then any number of people have access to the app.

Beta / Alpha does not make a paid app free. People still need to own the
app in order to receive the beta / alpha.
