I wouldn't worry about it. No app gets 100% 5-stars and whenever I look at an app I just look if the majority of people leave a good review. Also, the fact that you can reply to reviews really helps. That review obviously looks like garbage, so no one is going to take it seriously. Also, Google should take more than just ratings/reviews when ranking apps in search (I hope).
