I don't see this happening. However, at the very least within this thread, TTC's factual intellectual property rights are in dispute. See, I think we all here believe in copyright. Some however may believe that copyright should expire at some point (which in fact it does). Some may believe that the rules of a game like "Tetris" should not be covered by copyright. Evidence I've seen so far seems to suggest that indeed they aren't. Laws also differ between different countries. Clearly, it's a judgment call how far intellectual property rights should go.
