Hi Karthikr, although piracy is difficult to defeat, ADC giving away your app is not much more of a threat than pirates being able to buy it off the market, except that Google is less likely to board your ship with grappling hooks, dirks in teeth. Depending on what your app does, you can make it expire after a month, but that can be hacked by a sufficiently determined scoundrel; if you can store data on the web (as with a social app), then it's easier to lock out freeloaders.
