Also looking for instructions... Several devs have told me they were waiting for the submission site to release their app. According to the rules, any app on the market after Aug 1 is eligible so is there any reason for a dev to hold their app back? Other than trying to keep their project a secret?
Couldn't a dev put their app in the Market now and get feedback on it while they wait for the submission site?
