a) I'd imagine, they'll go through ADC getting rated, but if they should win, I'd imagine Google would check if theres a duplicate on the market that was released prior to Aug1, and remove it at that point. Not to mention, if they announced the winners, and someone else noticed, I'm sure it would be pointed out pretty quickly. Its not a "well maybe it was" type thing, it would be pretty obvious...
