Yes, the test phone is running 1.5. We've tested a manifest that has @string/app_name for both the app label and launch activity label and it doesn't seem to be fixing it.
Uninstall, reboot, install -> Works correctly, reboot -> breaks That's what we've tried. Have you found any fixes yet? Apparently a few apps have been fixed but I'm not finding out any details on how they've done it yet. It certainly would be nice if they'd share this information with the rest of us! By the way, can we somehow change the subject of this thread to "App name/icon problems on Hero after reboot" ? Thanks!
