Hi! I contacted my pc manufacturer about the issue, they weren't any help. I am sure though that the cause of the issue has something to do with preinstalled windows 7 versions! I don't know where the problem really lies, maybe Java reads the wrong registry key or those preinstalled windows 7 versions fill the wrong keys or something I don't know.
I finally just installed windows 7 from a retail DVD.. this fixed the problem. Thank you all for your help in figuring this out Hoss, good luck I hope you reach a solution soon, because it is a frustrating problem!
