Hi Shimsim, You're most welcome. I was curious as to the blocking of Google services by China, so I went ahead and searched it for myself. The reports indicate China is blocking Google in an effort to make Google increase its efforts to filter out porn sites in its China Google Search. So, one would imagine, if Google does manage to filter out the porn for the China Google Search, then China will unblock the Google services, and you'll have a fully working Android phone again.
Anyway, it looks like it is out of us mere Android developers control anyway. Cheers.
