Thanks for your responses. I know I can fix this by creating a high density image, but in the first place, the reason I didn’t do it is because my application is working on version 1.5, which, as you probably know, does not support density-specific resources. I have more than one way to solve this problem, one of them is as you suggested, but I’m still interested to know the difference between a regular PNG and a 9-patch PNG, when it comes to scaling up.
