I guess if you consider ALL questions posted, sure. I was thinking more
about the "good" questions (clear, phrased correctly, etc). I suspect a good
chunk of those DO get answered.

You really can't assume that this is something "any experienced Android
developer would probably know". Android is a huge beast and it's entirely
possible to spend months on it and never touch certain areas if you have no
need to. And I agree with Bob that that question was not really clear (I
don't know what "light up a radio button" means for example).
