There isn't really any proof that it is reusing the code - and even if it is, it isn't required by that license to disclose it. They should - if it is based off of it, but well, that's the world. There are tons of open source projects and even android specific ones people rip off and never even mention where the code comes from. As a side note to the legality of this DRM (i.e. using undocumented google service). I don't think this is a blip on googles radar - don't you think they'd have shut down the google-code project you think it's based off of first?
