Android provides FREE access to the internet. I'm not sure if Android
can be run on ANY internet capable cell phone. But Openmoko seems to
be further restricted to Openmoko manufactured cell phones.

I've only done a cursory review of Openmoko, but that system seems to
be hardware specific and does not provide free access to the
internet. As I said, I only did a quick review and if I am wrong, I
truely would like to be corrected.
