>From a developers view, i see some critical points:

- How can i ensure, that my trial-period is "short enough" to avoid
that my users don't need the app anymore after the trial? If we talk
about a game, some users will play it very often in the trial
(schoolkids for example ;) ) and have no interest to buy it after this
time...

- How should a DRM work on an open source operating system? In my
opinion, it is only a question of time until the DRM will be
cracked...we all know the first trial periods, where you could switch
your system time and date at the start of the application to run it
after the trial...

- What about somebody who switches his/her device? Should applications
be bundled with the devices or how can you ensure, that it is possible
to use this app at another device? You need a system, which can be
reached via a network-connection, where you can move your licence from
one device to another device....but who is the owner of this "license
system"? Google? Each developer?

Only my 2 cents ;)
