1. One number without having to figure out what is forwarded where. 2. One voicemail box. 3. Integration into T-Mobile calling plans, especially family plans like "My Faves." This can mean a large savings. Ninety percent of my calls are to and from my wife. I pay nothing for those, outside of the normal plan, no matter how long they are. 4. You can use it on a phone. It's not tied to your computer. 5. It does GSM, too, so you're not tied exclusively to the Internet. 6.
