Guys,

I've been thinking hard about the best way to show support for
free/shareware applications which may suffer under Marketplaces $25 sign
up fee and I received some user feedback which gave me a an idea of how
to help, so I'd appreciate peoples views on the following;

--
As of now AndAppStore.com will only show users visiting the main areas
(Latest releases, All apps, and Categories) applications which provide a
link to an apk users can download at no cost.

This does not mean that developers can't submit pay-for apps, and if
they submit an app with out a free download it will still appear on
their profile page, but the main sections will, for now, only show
freely available downloads.

Users will still be able to click on developers "Listed by" links to see
all of their apps, so if you submit 50 apps and submit a free download
for only 1 of them, AndAppStore.com, will show users all 50 apps in your
profile page, but you will need to list at least one freely available
app to become visible to passing users.

What do people think of this?

Al.
