You should read the entire post. His gripe is about knowing the shipping price before hand. Shipping price should not be a secret. Also, and no one mentioned this but you actually have to give your credit card details to find out what the shipping will be. Then find out that you can't afford it. That's how the original post SOUNDS to me.
