Whenever I exit the web browser and return to the phone's main menu, I'm stuck waiting 5-15 seconds at a blank wallpaper waiting for the phone to become responsive again. At this point there are no icons except for the app menu tab at the bottom which is also unresponsive. If I'm browsing the web and then need to immediately make a call, the lag is something that makes the platform look ramshackle and frustrating.
