Nope. Some people are apparently making a fair amount from selling apps called "Dial xxxx" where xxxx is a name and all the app does is call a pre-defined number. The really amazing thing is if you buy "Call Joe" and you want "Call John", you have to buy a "Call John" app as well as the "Call Joe" one :O.
