That seems mostly related to hacking hardware (rooting, forcing/blocking
OTA updates, etc.). That's not necessarily bad, but I'm not sure that's
the right image to portray, and I have no idea if the person behind that
site would be interested in putting more emphasis on Android development.

I see three options on the table:

1. Anoint http://android-dls.com/wiki/ and try steering content there.

2. I accelerate my own plans and get a Wikidot-hosted wiki up quickly.

3. Wait for Google to do something.

I'm certainly up for other ideas.

Thoughts?

There's two ways of approaching this, not mutually exclusive:

1. Encourage people to post this sort of stuff on a wiki or other
central repository

2. Encourage people to post this sort of stuff on sites more aimed at
this sort of thing (e.g., Meetup, Eventful for conferences and other
events) and aggregate the Android portions of that content someplace

I'm planning on implementing something for the latter. It's one of the
seemingly infinite number of things on my plate, but I'm hoping to get
to it in the March-April timeframe.
