I published my first paid app yesterday and 60% of the ordered were
cancelled orders and the totally sales (excluding cancelled orders) is
only a dozen or so (no kidding).  The cancellation reason is always
"Other" with no further explanation.  I really wish I could get some
feedback from those who uninstalled.  To make it more troubling , my
app has a almost 4-star rating so it can't be that bad.
