I just tried to download a CSV file. The CSV file does not contain any buyer information at all. No name, nothing, just transaction IDs and amounts.
Even your online google-checkout sales panel only shows name, city, zip-code, state, country and some sort of encrypted e-mail address. No phone-number, no e-mail address, no full address.
