Looking in my "Tax Setup" page I can only specify tax rates for
specific US states.

Google Checkout has some serious limitation that are really starting
to annoy me, mostly the fact that there is no simple way to export ALL
relative data out of the Google checkout web console... I want to at
least be able to get csv export that includes order the customer name,
customer email address, customer physical address (for tax purposes),
and the actual item they purchased. As far as I am concerned these
things should have been in to 0.1 alpha feature set for the csv export
feature. Without those pieces of information it is nearly impossible
to collect simple statistics for my own purposes. I know that all of
these things are probably accessible through some sort of GC API, but
right now I really don't have the time to work with that. I guess it
is my fault for being an independent developer, oh well.
