<disclaimer> I am not a lawyer or tax counsel </disclaimer> Do you intend to remit VAT to UK? If so, then you need to collect VAT. Otherwise, this is not an issue.
I read somewhere that unless you are beyond 67k Euro (or some high limit like that) you are not required to remit VAT as long as you are not based in the UK.
