To get this idea spinning I've created a group at http://groups.google.com/group/android-app-distribution
If people want this then please use it. If Google want to take over the running of the list I'll hand it over. But given the speed at which the wheels sometimes work inside the mothership I can see this idea being lost in the black hole that is decision making. Al.
