Same can happen with a credit-card where customers can challenge a
charge and request a refund after 30 days. And putting it on a phone-
bill won't exclude the option of 24hour refund.

If the customer get properly warned that they will be billed and x-
amount of dollars when they buy an app, i'm all for billing customers
through their phone-bill. They are already having a financial
relationship with their cell-phone service provider and it would
remove a big barrier for them buying apps. It would me much like
buying downloadable ringtones, which mostly is billed through
customers' phone-bills.
