Is the user asking you to issue refunds because it is after the 24 hour refund window?
Refunds are fairly easy: Just login to your Checkout merchant account and select the order and cancel it. Why would it be Checkout's responsibility? After the 24 hours are passed, if Checkout was to cancel a transaction, I am sure some of the merchants would be quite unhappy. It remains the sole discretion of the merchant whether to issue a refund or not.
