+1 - I've had one user who wanted a refund. I checked and there wasn't a transaction with his name, so I e-mailed him asking him for details on the transaction - he never got back to me. Also, check whether the e-mail address from which you got the refund request is masked behind google checkout, e.g. [email protected].
