Oh, I had forgotten about that part of the roadmap... As I remember a good
part of that roadmap was already done or under progress when it was
published in late December, so there's a good chance that most of what's
mentioned there will make it. I do not have detailed visibility over each
item on that roadmap (though I can tell you that everything related to the
download manager should be "in".
