Also, what I want is a way to for the author of the app to contact the commenters to try to address the issue. I get quite a few mysterious "your app don't work" message without any specificity. I actually want to ask the poor guy/gal what the issue is so that I can fix it.
I'd think, if someone bothers to post a negative comment about your app, maybe they really have a valid point.
