Guys, before we go overboard, but Android is a special purpose framework for mobiles. Not exactly what one would want to have on a laptop. Hint: you cannot do wordprocessing with Android, the browser does not support adblocking, no general purpose editors, no development tools, and so on. Hint: the above is so constraining that some people put Debian onto a SD card so that they can have all the missing parts on their mobile.
