Well worse yet Google seemingly release stuff on a whim. As they say
elsewhere: "You must be new here" as nothing hardly ever gets
announced re:Android anymore. You may hear about it in the WSJ a week
beforehand. Then you (independent developer) just gets whacked.
Add to this the impression that Google try to be the end-all be-all to
everything web, it leaves everybody stranded. Independent devels
wonder if it's worth the effort, users wonder if and when the big G
releases their own, or not, or what.
