Huh? You might have missed the fact that Windows CE runs on x86, ARM and MIPS.
If anyone has the resources to port Windows to any architecture that's
Microsoft.
The Windows kernel is designed specifically to be easily portable
across architectures.

To me you sound like the typical Microsoft basher. Let me remind you a
wise saying which goes like that:

"If at your twenties you don't have a favorite OS and programming
language you don't have a heart. If at your thirties you still have
them you don't have a brain."

I hope you're at your twenties.
