You realize that in their typical wannabe OS, they USED to support more architectures than just x86? It is entirely unlikely that they will write a netbook os for arm. It just wouldn't support the bloat that ms is known for. And though you have a point that it is concievable that wince could be installed, that would be the most retarded thing anyone could possibly do and therefore I doubt that ANYONE would bother. It is so absolutely pointless that it isn't even worthy of consideration.
