Short arguments for all previous posts:
1) Any virtual PC (VMWare and etc.) have resources usage overhead.
Which are significant for compiling Android images. On my notebook
compilation takes 55 minutes.. I think with VMWare it will take much
more time... Any changes on kernel level of android force developer to
wait more and more time which is highly not effective. And as a job
maker which pay for each work hour own developers, I think loosing of
one hour each compilation is a significant disadvantage.

2) Git.. Yes GIT is very technologically advanced solution and I
mention that. But at the same time is does not have any good and easy
GUI for all OSs. For example to taking Android sources under windows
mostly unresolvable task. Second point do I need distributed
repositories?! No! At the current moment mostly everyone have access
to the internet... and not so many people wants to check history of
file changes...

3) Compilation under windows is possible. Task is not so hard as
someone thinking... SDK compilation under windows is already DONE. so
compilation of other parts also not so hard task especially with
Google resources.
