Hello, I have noticed in the past months that the comments on my app are increasing.
Unfortunately, despite the hard work and lot of testing, some users are reporting very unfair comments that are sometimes very untrue. I have even seen some comments suggesting to go to another competitive app and I was suspecting in that case that the developer of this competitive app was trying to undermine my app reputation. I am trying to respond to those comments by putting my own comment but this is not very practical (comment size is quite limited as also the app description) I would like Google to allow us, the developers, to be able to respond to each comment message if needed. It would be also very useful to have a larger app description (not limited to this insane 325 chars max) and an extra description for each update. Let me know your ideas and your experience about this.
