1) Its called *tethering*. There are apps that do it. The best one is
"wifi tether for root users", which is not available on the market. A
google search should find it.
2) That format is too limited to be of much use.
3) You've got "favorites", which is better than nothing.
4) Trivial to implement, but of course requires a FORWARD FACING
CAMERA, and Android is not about the hardware.
