Google is playing with developers. Only developers from few countries can submit paid applications... That is great for Google because they an say to people buying phones with Android OS that more than 60% of all applications is free. Great for marketing... They don't care if you will invest few months and then just be able to publish app for free. And now when Google developers get paid for developing Android apps is...
I started with Android a long time ago... liked when it was announced but today I know people that are selling their apps on iPhone while the only thing I can say is that maybe in future I will sell my app... If in the meanwhile Google engineers don't make the same one...
