This is *much* more doable given that you have all the source
available for everything.
Still no easy task though.

You will probably want to look into the ubuntu "android execution
environment" -- that will probably go a long way in helping you out.

One thing to be wary of is android's dependency on a kernel driver
called "binder" used for interprocess communication. Apple, being BSD
based and locked up, won't like this -- at least not on a stock
applephone. A hacked phone running a custom kernel may be doable.

One thing you can be absolutely certain of though... there is no way
in hell that an app to run android apps will EVER be accepted onto
their evil nazi market, which means that this will never be able to
help out developers to reach apple customers.
