Looks like karma has done her job!  So, anyone care to mention whether
they complained to the webhost?  I personally wrote a nice letter and
provided links to offending material of mine.

I'm not sure if the discussions here helped any, but I think we should
continue posts such as this and even provide the whois info for all to
see.
