If you had to do a manual install (and I only had 1 app that installed
directly through the adp2 app) the app would appear in 'downloads' and
be reinstallable from market.

Alternately, since the apps weren't flagged as protected, any user
could have run (eg) appmanager to back up and restore the apk
regardless of root/non-root.
